Yes, if you would like one. This is included in your package of sessions with your trainer. Depending on your goals, frequency of contact sessions with a trainer and the time available it would always be recommended to follow a personal exercise plan alongside face-to-face sessions. This will be reviewed and updated by your trainer periodically – clients wishing to have personal programs prescribed more frequently than every 8 weeks will be subject to a small fee over and above the cost of regular training sessions.
