All types of service cancelled at late notice result in a loss of income and a waste of valuable time.  This is an area where Extrafit aim to be as flexible and as understanding as they can.  If illness or injury occurs and it is evident the client has done everything possible to give as much notice as possible then no charge or deduction of a session from a pre-paid block with be made.  However, sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged for whilst late cancelled physiological test appointments will be liable to a 50% charge.
